Hagley Estates is one of those low country gems…Hagley Estates is one of those lowcountry gems… loved by many and an anomoly to others! The community consists of a combination of paved and dirt roads which wind their way past marshes, century old live oaks, lakes, and the new Founder’s Club Golf Course until you reach the banks of the Waccamaw River. The HOA fees are the low, unbelievable amount of $50 per year and are voluntary. Restrictions are at a minimum and you are allowed to park your boats and RV’s on your homesite. The community is home to one of the handful of public boat ramps on the river along the Waccamaw Neck.
